"Wrong order and I felt stuck with it"
I ordered some koozies with a simple logo and text, so I wasn’t expecting any issues. But when they showed up, they didn’t match what I approved at all. The colors looked off, and a few of the names were spelled wrong.
I went back and checked the file I submitted, and everything was correct on my end. That made it even more frustrating because I couldn’t really figure out how it got messed up, but I was the one left dealing with it.
Customer service took a while to get back to me, and when they did, it kind of felt like they were putting it back on me instead of actually fixing it. Since I needed them for an event, I felt trapped, like I either had to use the bad order or scramble at the last minute.

"Looks good, but didn’t keep things cold"
I thought this was going to be great at first because it looks nice, but honestly, well, not terrible, just not as useful as I hoped. My cans got warm way faster than I expected.

"Really bummed they missed my reunion"
I ordered koozies for our family reunion and even paid extra for rush shipping because the date on the site made it seem like they’d get here in time. I was feeling good about it at first, so I trusted the estimate and didn’t make a backup plan.
They ended up arriving 3 days after the event, which took the wind out of my sails. Every time I checked in, customer service just said they were “in production,” and by the end I was just frustrated and disappointed. I don’t think I’d risk ordering from them again for anything time-sensitive.

"Reordering Was More Complicated Than Expected"
I found the reordering process frustrating. It should have been a simple thing to do, but I couldn’t reorder easily at all, which made the whole experience kind of a pain.

"Ordering was more frustrating than I expected"
I was a little disappointed with my experience using kooziesonline.com. The site was slow for me, and the design tool didn’t feel very smooth or easy to work with. I kept having to go back and fix little things, which got annoying fast. I did manage to place my order in the end, but it took way longer than it should have.

I liked how simple it was to choose the colors and add the text for my koozies. No big hassle. Just quick and easy.

"Checkout was quick enough"
I was kind of in a rush, so I was glad the ordering process was straightforward and the checkout loaded without any problems. I do wish the shipping cost had shown up a little earlier, since I didn’t really want to slow down and double-check everything at the end, but overall it went fine

"Nice koozies, but shipping was a bit slow"
The koozies turned out good and I’m happy with how they looked overall. The only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I expected, so I wish that part had been a bit quicker

"Print looked a little blurry at first"
When I first saw the print, I was like, okay… this looks kind of blurry and the ink doesn’t look great. i was a bit annoyed. But after looking at it again, it’s not the worst thing ever, just not as sharp as I expected. Still, I wish the ink quality had been better.

"Prices felt unfair and the handling was careless"
The koozies themselves were okay, but the pricing felt too high for what I got. On top of that, they seemed like they were handled carelessly, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Bulk order was kind of a letdown"
I ordered a big batch of koozies for a company event, it was a little disappointing. The colors looked duller than the proof, and the shipping showed up later than I expected, so we were cutting it way too close. A few of them also had small print marks, which felt unnecessary for a bulk order. Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Production honestly took longer than I expected"
The order turned out fine once it finally arrived, but the production time was a lot slower than I thought it would be. Based on the dates shown, I expected things to move along quicker, but it seemed to sit there for a while before it even shipped. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but they didn’t really give me much useful info. Overall, not the worst experience, but I wouldn’t order again if I needed koozies by a specific date

"Not at all what they promised"
I was disappointed with these koozies. They made them sound like they’d be decent quality, but in reality they felt cheap and super thin as soon as I got them. After only a few uses, the print was already starting to rub off, which is really frustrating. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Support was unresponsive"
I emailed them a couple of times about my order and, i don’t think I ever got a proper reply. I had to keep following up, which was frustrating. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I’m not sure I’d use them again.

"Design was close to what I pictured"
I ordered some koozies with our logo on them, they came out close to what I had in mind. The colors were almost the same as the file I sent over, and the text was lined up nicely, which was the main thing I was worried about for some reason.

The only thing I noticed was the logo looked just a tiny bit darker in person, but it really wasn’t a big deal once I had them in hand. Overall, I’m happy with how accurate everything turned out, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
The koozies themselves turned out fine, so no complaints there. But the delivery was... not great. It came later than the date I was originally given, and the tracking updates were kind of all over the place. I had to follow up because I needed them before my event, which just made it more stressful than it should’ve been. Not a total disaster, but yeah... I wish the shipping had been more reliable.

I regret contacting customer service. They weren’t helpful at all, and the whole time it kind of felt like I was bothering them just by asking for help.
